catcherjul Major Leagues Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: Montréal Posts: 311	Poor pitching prospect in high school feeder league Hi there, I try to create high school feeder leagues to only have 18 years old drafted guys but in my league, there is no great pitching prospect. Is there any way to have a more balance player creation for feeder league? This is OSA scouting so that's why its on average accuracy but I have the same results with my scout. Attached Images
