Online league - seeing other team's mail

Is there something I can do to correct this? It's happened in various online leagues, but not all of them. I'd like to make it so I only see my team's mail.

From my experience, make sure the # of sim days sent in reports is the max number of days in your sim schedule. We've seen this issue when reports sends 10 days worth of info to GMs and we've simmed longer than 10 days. Hopefully that makes sense. It's in the commish automator file settings area.
