Rule V Waives/DFA worst player on 40 man in Online Leagues if no available 40 man spot

So when you run Rule V in Online leagues, GM usually just copy their draft list to all rounds even though they may have less than 10 open 40 man roster spots. It's just the easiest way to do it and in previous versions it worked with no problems, but OOTP 24 is different. I don't know if that's a planned changed or a glitch. I am guessing glitch though. So what it does is say you have 5 open 40 man spots and you copy list to all rounds and your list is really long, it will work perfectly for those 5 rounds since you have 5 open 40 man spots, but instead of stopping after 5 rounds it will just keep drafting. To be able to fit those players it will waive/DFA the worst player each round on the 40 man to do so and will continue doing so for either all 10 or until their is no remaining players on that teams lists. It will even pick previously drafted rule v players from earlier rounds to waive/DFA if they are what the AI feels is the lowest rated player.
