ootp24 crashes on linux during "initiaziling"

1. I'm on PC
2. Using Linux Mint 20.1, kernel: 5.15.0-72 (sorry)
3. On steam
5. Device-1: AMD Renoir
6. the game crashes during intializing

First time i'm using Steam (I'm not a gamer, just a baseball lover). And I'm french (very sorry).

Game crashes WAY to often ! On PC with 8 GB RAM and tons of storage. I
play as GM/MGR. MLB 2023 season.
The issues are :
In any part of a game it may crash. I enjoyed previous season a LOT. Now I don't know if I will get to finish the game.
I started using the SAVE GAME button. Went to play my next game and it had me a month prior. I know this because my starting SS was injured "day to day" ( HAAAAA) for 4 weeks.

Awaiting an answer. TY
