My league and tournaments won't load. This started happening yesterday and the message says it's a temporary server error but two days doesn't seem very temporary. I even uninstalled and reinstalled OOTP to see if that would help. It didn't. I can still draft teams in perfect draft, but I can't see how they do since the game file won't load!

I would suggest at least going in and deleting all your old .pt files. If you open your saved games folder, you can delete all the files like 7ea0000.... or draft_7ea00000... or set_roster_7ea0000.... That may help if there's a local issue with the game trying to reload into one of those files.

How do I submit a ticket or something to get this fixed? I have almost 1400 points, 4 packs to open and I'm one card away from completing level 2 of the AL Central... I want that Wilbur Wood card, how can I get this fixed?

Hey Steve,
Thought your username sounded familiar. I had spotted your comment on Steam and was going to try to get around to that today but glad you also posted here on the forums. So since you're a Steam user you are on the latest version of the game with our up-to-date patch. So thankfully that's not the cause of the issue potentially. You will want to double-check that Steam and OOTP are being run as administrator if you're Windows. It could be that some 3rd party program is blocking the connection between the game and our servers. You could also look at whitelisting the game in any security programs you have on your computer as well as on any firewalls you have setup. Outside of that there could be a network issue. I remember a few years back major ISP's all put up a new advanced security setting on routers and that blocked access to OOTP PT mode for a good chunk of users before that got fixed. So there's also a chance it's ISP security just intercepting the connection and denying it. If you're on a personal wireless or wired internet I would advise to check those for security settings as well if you feel comfortable doing that. If you do still want to put up a ticket regarding your issue (it'll probably be me replying there as well) you can do so at support@ootpdevelopments.com. Just fire us an email there and we'll get it. I will look into the possible solutions you just posted when I have a chance. I definitely appreciate the fast response, especially the fact that both of you guys responded so quickly. It's probably the main reason I buy OOTP every year and play it way too much. The game is always great but the response to problems from the team behind OOTP is even better. I'll check and see if any of those things fix the problem but I know the problem will eventually be fixed and at least it still logs me in...it's just frustrating when it was working with no problems until the other day

I tried that stuff, nothing worked. Same problem. Will a ticket solve it or do I have to wait until a new patch comes out?

Do you have OOTP Go? See if you can log in there. If you can, then you know there must be something wrong on your computer.
