3D pack opening not working

Hi,

I have 3d pack opening screen enabled under profile and settings, however, when I try to open up a pack, a pop up screen tells me that it is disabled and then just displays the cards. Does this for all 3 of my teams and it's all enabled on the profile page.

Let me know if you need screenshots

Do you have your 3D/openGL settings disabled in the global preferences?
