1M PP purchase didn't redeem full value

I just purchased PP using the 1M option. It's supposed to redeem 1M + the 500k bonus for 1.5M...also I'm a PT+ member so I should have received an additional 300k or the 20%. I only received 1.2M PP. What is the process for me to redeem the rest or have this fixed/credited. Please help.

Nevermind.... I misunderstood what it was. its %00k + 500k + 20%....its correct. Sorry for the fire drill.
