ZRs messed up

I'm not sure this is a solvable issue, but I figured I'd bring it up anyway. When I created the latest almanac for one of my leagues, I thought I'd been a real genius and figured out a way for the preseason to start early so the almanac could include that year's awards, and then I noticed that fielding awards were going to guys with negative ZRs.

So I had a look, and the zone rating and effectiveness of every single player appears to be completely messed up; the evidence I have here are screenshots from the league reports, which are from a couple game weeks before the almanac was created. You can see that the numbers are completely different for the same group of players, even though nothing has changed except the game date. (The upper screenshot is the almanac one; the bottom one is the one from the reports. The differences were stark, to say the least.)

I did back up the league before changing the preseason date, but I didn't think I'd have to check something like this (lesson learned), so I backed it up again once the almanac was created, and don't have a means to get back to the reports date. I assume this means I'm SOL, but I'd like to know if there's anything I can do. I exported fielding stats to a text file, but from what I can see those are the base stats from which ZR and EFF are determined, so I don't have a way to change those either.
