GM messages and online leagues
I'm a GM in an online league, and the GM messages in the inbox are persisted even if I delete them and export. Next update of the league file, the messages are back.

I've noticed this as a participant in my online leagues, frustrating to deal with. I also amended my inbox settings to only get notifications about my own organisation and that didn't take either. I'm assuming those settings are just ignored in online leagues.
