Help!Games crashes when I try to go to proceed to next year

Just played a complete season ,.played about 100 games Every inning then the playoffs, I let them finish(I did not win it). Then I try to proceed to next year, it starts league reports and crashes. I have tried replaying the playoffs, because I backed up season at finish and it does same thing.
Please help I put almost 3 months into this,

How much free HD space?

Thanks for getting back this quick,I have about 54% free which is 11gb.

Go into game setup and change the browser the game uses to open html repoprts. Have you deleted or moved any files?

Tried the browser suggestion, now I removed that directory and reinstalled game. It seems to stick on a special team. I have looked at each roster and no problems. I have probably played 50 og these first time there has been problem. I brought in at least 100 oldtime players from lahmans but I don't think that mattered.

Is there a max on number of players you can have in league or size of the players.dat file.
