Unable To Purchase Perfect Points With Steam
I am unable to purchase Perfect Points from the Buy Perfect Points screen. When I try to purchase the 25,000 PP for $19.99, nothing happens. I am also purchasing through Steam using funds from my Steam Wallet. If this is a Steam problem, I'm sorry I posted this here.

You may need to turn on the Steam overlay.

Thanks Lukas, I also had to restart OOTP 24 and Steam also and was able to purchase the Perfect Points.
