"Could Not Submit Choice Pack pick"

I won 3 choice packs. I clicked to open the first one and got a screen with the 6 choices from my Gold Pack. I picked one -- in this case, the 89 Stan Musial -- and got an message that says "Could Not Submit Choice Pack pick." I get that message on my Mac and in OOTPGo, for whatever that's worth.

Any ideas how I can cure that error? I cannot open the other two Choice Packs, apparently, until I get that fixed.

Hey Lexmoose,

What PT account is that happening to? The only other thing I can think of besides making sure you have our latest patched version of OOTP is that your account doesn't surpass our Card limit. We do have a card limit per account which I believe is 9999 cards. If you've hit that limit I don't know if the game will let you open choice packs. If you can check your card count for that account and let me know what version of OOTP you have running (check the bottom of the OOTP Main menu for that) I'll see what other things we need to look into regarding that.
