Unfortunately no carry over saves. You have to keep the old app to play those saves

Thanks, Snarls. My bad. I do appreciate being able to carry over the seasons I purchased. They didn’t have to do that, and the process is relatively easy. As long as the old app is still supported, I can play out my 1966 Season. It’s the first year I played Strat-O-Matic. A friend had the cards. Same data; new technology.

I purchased the very first version of OTTP Go when it came out, I bought the MLB season update pack but now when I download 23' it tells me I don't have it.

When I look on Google Play, I can't even find the original version. Please can you advise!

Older versions of Go aren't public on the store anymore, but you can still access it since you installed it in the past.
On Android, tap on your profile icon in the Play Store, then tap "Manage apps and device", then go to the "Manage" tab, and finally filter the list by "Not installed" and search through it for the app.
Once you've got it installed you can export your purchases from there and then import into the new game

It'll be in the previous apps on the purchase screen. If you don't see an export you may need to turn on automatic updates such that your old app gets that update which added it

I'm having the same issue as in Go 23. I'm entering my email and it won't let me request a code. I have an Android Samsung tablet.

Could you clarify the issue you're having? Are you getting an error, or is the button just greyed out? It should only be greyed out if it's an invalid email address

Request Code button stays greyed out no matter what email address I try to put in.

I still get this on both 23 and 24.

This thread is very lacking on details. I opened 23, exported seasons, entered email, got code, entered code and it says "could not receive data. Please make sure you are entering the correct code" which I double and triple checked. This is on IOS, What exactly am i doing wrong?

There are a lot of reasons it may not work; please try this
1. make sure you have a stable internet connection
2. restore your purchases in the old game
3. after you enter your email don't close the app, or if you need to just put it to the background. Force closing the app and needing to re-enter your email will require you to also get another code.
4. enter the code as soon as possible into the app (i.e. within a few minutes at most) just in case the server times out
5. open the new app as soon after as you can (not sure this is necessary but just to be safe)
6. follow the steps 3 and 4 again to import the seasons

I’m trying to transfer my past seasons from OOTP GO to OOTP24 GO on IOS but whenever I click ”restore IAP’s” in OOTP GO, the app crashes immediately. It happens with both iPhone 12 and iPad 2021. Is there any other way to make this work?

This has worked for me before with several devices but now just keeps crashing. Last time I successfully got the verification code was in September

Also if I go to OOTP GO 24 and hit ”load seasons” and enter my email, it never sends the code to my email. This used to work before too to restore the seasons

I created a ticket about the issue a week ago but still no answer. Never getting verification codes via email no matter if I use OOTP GO! or OOTP 23 GO to export the seasons

So it's almost 2 months ago when I created a support ticket about not being able to import the seasons but no answer at all.

Could you please take a look at the issue #24043

I am not able to export seasons either from past OOTP Go to play in OOTP GO 24 on my new iPad. We need this to be addressed, otherwise I want a refund for my past purchases!
