2022 *** schedule has team IDs mixed up

Aside from the fact that the number of games isn't 143 like it should be, the 2022 schedule seems like it has two pairs of teams swapped between subleagues.

In my example, the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles (in the Pacific League) plays the majority of its games against the Central League.

The 2021 schedule file is unaffected and has the proper quantity of games and opponents. I'll roll with it for now.

Found the problem I think..
The structure changed since I did the schedule back in March.
I've re-dl'd the schedule and will send it in asap.

I've set up a league for solo play: 2 leagues, 8 teams per league, similar to the ML setup of 1910-1950s. The teams should play a 154-game schedule. However, whenever I try to load a 154-game schedule, OOTP 23 refuses to allow it because it says that I've specified a 156-game schedule in my league settings. I don't recall doing that, but in any event, I want to change it to 154 games. I've searched all over and can't find how/where I can make that change. How can I do it?
