Is this impacting how pitchers are used? You know, a pitcher being taken out due to a too long delay. I can't recall if the simulation ever did that. As a constant description it is annoying.

There was a discussion of this very issue on another thread, and I think the conclusion was that a long delay could affect the performance of the pitchers, due more to cramping muscles than fatigue. Plus there could be the increased risk of injury, if you send a guy back out after an hour and a half of inactivity. I personally lean toward taking my pitcher out, even it it's early and he is pitching well. He'll be well-rested for the next start.
