Getting rid of continue button?

Is there a way to disable the big continue button that sits in the upper right hand corner? if so how would it be done? It seems to keep registering when i try to swap between OSA and my scout.

Manager Options Tab, top right - Configure Continue Button.

Bottom option hides the button.
