Are the limits on pickoff throws included in GO?

No we did not incorporate the limited pickoffs in 24. That and the pitch clock we did not put into the game. The ban on shifts and some of the other rule changes (or continuations from previous years) we did keep/create.

Thanks for responding. I hope you reconsider the pickoff limitations. Could add 10 (of 100) to stealing rating with each attempt, and then the balk on 3rd unsuccessful attempt. Would be fun and much more realistic.
