Statistical Accuracy
Hello all,
I have tried previous versions (19, 21) of OOTP. I love the depth along with the bells and whistles of the game, but I’ve found it to be wildly inaccurate statistically. Is there a way to modify the game during set up to improve it statistically? I’m getting the bug to try it one more time if there is a workaround for this. Thanks, Rob |

If you explain how so, I'm sure others can help. But so little info is provided in the question that I'm not even sure if this refers to historic, current or fictional games. A lot more detail would be needed as to what you found inaccurate before someone could help.
Let the community know more details and I'm sure folks will respond. thx

Yes, you can use league totals/modifiers/league tendencies to get your desired statistical output. But will need more details on where your stats were going wrong and what kind of stats you want to see.

Are you talking about league total stats or individual players?
This year I am finding the league totals very close to real life. For individual players it really depends on your setup and even then you will see some big fluctuations due to randomness. |
