Is there anyway to create a custom schedule for your league or edit an existing schedule?

Yes, on July 1 (with commissioner mode on) go to League-Edit and then the Structure tab, and you'll be able to export (to a .csv file) and import schedules.

Make sure you save first. Because if you make a mistake and sim to Spetember the game will crash and the rolling saves will have the bad schedule in them
