Player image now has black spots

Does anybody know what these black spots are . It just happened today as I played the game. They had not been there before

Do they remain if you select to auto-regenerate the image from the action menu on the right hand side?

If that doesn't work you could try clearing out the folder called 'Player pics' in your saved games folder as this works as a sort of cache for the player images and it will auto regenerate pictures for all players.
