started new fictional league

Have 2 issues i discovered while in 9th season. I am trying to trade a player i have that is 34 years old and it claimed he has NTC (no trade clause) yet i checked his contract settings and it does not show he has NTC. Even checked using commissioner mode. Nothing found but did find that the system claimed he played for 15 years when my league is only in middle of 9th season. Is there a way to fix the clock on this as it were?? Also seeing some players qualifying for HOF when they only played 5 seasons. again it saying player played for more than 10.
How do i fix this to work for every player

Also 2nd problem is since i have 24 teams in my fictional league noticed that some minor league teams are not affiliated with major league teams. How do i attach these teams to a parent team ??

You can reset service time back to zero for all players via global settings. Or individually edit a player through the player edit profile option.

It's under League Settings > Functions. Lower left set of options.
