Schedule request 32T 158G (54/72/32) 2S 4D 4T

Hey Everyone,

I am playing an MLB expansion team. The league has 32 teams total. The sub leagues each have 4 division with 4 teams in each.

I was hoping to play a schedule where;

each division: 18 games*3teams (9H and 9A)
rest of sub league: 6 games*12 teams (3H and 3A)
interleague: 2games*16 teams (2H or 2A) alternating each year if possible.

for a total of 54/72/32.

The idea is that every team gets to play every other team in the game at least 2 times (interleague play), which increases x3 for same sub league(6 times), which increases x3 for division (18 times.)

I don't know how possible this is as my attempt at making a schedule was an utter failure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am continually impressed with what everyone is doing on these forums.

Oh and if anyone knows how to build this schedule I forgot to include that I would love for the All-Star game to still be included. Thanks for considering helping me with this.
