Create Player

Can't find the Create Player in the OTP24 game. Please advise. Thanks.

Under free agents, same place where you can import past players
Need to be in Commish mode

There is no template to create a player from scratch. You can create a free agent, then in commissioner, mode edit them to what you want. Then go-to game, game settings, run full re-scout so changes stick.
