Upstart fast-paced OOTP24 fictional league in development

Kicking off a new OOTP 24 Fictional League.

Edit: League is currently full! We do have a waitlist and will be expanding in 5 or so seasons.

The concept is an upstart baseball league with teams in small towns (250k population or less) across the U.S. This would be a fast-paced league, set up to sim daily and get through a season/off-season every 3 weeks. This would allow us to generate our history and statistics on our own with no pre-sim and basically write the book on this league as we go along. Also makes rebuilds less painful and allows you to watch your prospects develop quickly.

The plan is for 12 teams (two 6 team divisions) to start the league and get the minor leagues populated, then expand to 16 teams (four team divisions) around Year 5, a few months down the road.

Sim Schedule: Daily Sims to complete a full season/offseason in 3 weeks
- Regular Season: 10 days (18 days per sim)
- Playoffs: 3 days (1 round per sim)
- 1 off day
- Off Season: 6 days (4 days FA, 2 days Spring Training)
- 1 off day
- Next Regular Season starts

Certainly open to any changes to the above once we form the league leadership team and get ready to kick things off.

This league is off to a fast start with 10 GMs claiming teams. Only 2 more spots left! Slack workspace is up and running and we're starting to finalize rules and pick team locations and names.

This is your chance to get in on a league from the ground up. You can build a team from scratch in a town of your choice, choose your team makeup through an initial roster building draft, build up the minor league programs through rookie drafts, and set up your new squad for a dynasty in the making!
