Schedule Request inspired by OOTP podcast

Just listened to the most recent OOTP Podcast driving home from work and they talked about expansion to 32 teams and mentioned just getting rid of divisions as an idea, just 2 leagues of 16 teams.

I thought about how that sounded like something to try in OOTP, utilizing the expanded interleague schedule starting in 23, and did some schedule matrix thinking sitting in traffic.

I came up with this matrix and I'd love to try it out on OOTP but hoping a better schedule-maker than I might build it:
7 games each (4h/3a, 3h/4a) vs 15 league opponents = 105 games
4 games (2 h/ 2a) vs designated interleague rival = 4 games
3 games each (3h or 3a) vs other 15 interleague opponents = 45 games
total 154 games

I figure the 7 games will mostly be 4 game series, but maybe a few split 2 gamers where it works. Also I realized the interleague games would have 3 extra home or away so they'd to even home/away by having 9 to 6 split for the league games.

A second opposite schedule would flip home/away in year 2 to cycle the schedule.
