game play issues

Hello. I recently purchased the OOTP 24 game from Steam. I am having issues with the game play. First of all, the video resolution is very choppy. T the players move very slowly during the play. Also, the game will occasionally skip an at bat to the next batter. I am not able to see the at bat of the player, even when I press F10 for the replay. I won't know what happened in the at bat unless I go to the game log.

Is this something the developers are aware of and working on the issue? Sorry, I did a search on the forums and I couldn't find an answer to my question.

This is a new one for me. The speed can be changed in the options for the in game stuff. Mine is on fast I think. As far as the choppy part, there is a setting to use open gl or something like that. I've seen people suggest that before but I've never had that issue. Hopefully someone can help
