What resolution is this on?

My display settings are on the recommended of 1920 X 1080. Note the double-digit scores may be the issue. Just a guess. Everything else is fine. When the score is in single digits there is no problem.

I just love the no response from tech support. Sign of the times. It's like trying to get someone on the phone when you need to assistance, say from the cable company. We are sending a single, we are working in your area, the AI says when you have a different question that needs to be responded to. Then you the sound of click and hear that buzz sound. Once they get your money, service goes out the window!
