Stolen Bases

Just about at the all star break in season 1 of a standard save and guys have 40+ stolen bases already. I play out most games and noticed that steal attempts seemed pretty high but this is the first time I've checked league-wide.

That seems really high, no? For now, I'll just turn the base-stealing setting down a bit, no biggie, just thought I'd raise it in case anyone wanted to take a look.

Well, the spring training data and anecdotal evidence indicate that with the new rules changes stealing is likely to go up this year. So we tried to set the defaults to make that happen.

Obviously as the season starts and goes on, we'll get more data on how much of an effect the changes really have and we'll make tweaks here as needed.
