No sell option for player - Perfect team

Why don't I get sell option when right click on player's name on roster?

Is it possible its a card you Locked?

It can also happen that if selling them would put you under I believe 15 batters or 10 pitchers on your active+reserve, then moves are prevented. If you activate a replacement player then the sell options should return as well.
