Missing Loyalty Rewards

On one of my accounts, I'm pretty certain I am missing a diamond pack. I have three accounts. I believe all have been around since the first PT, but the__exTIMinator only got 2 of the 3 diamonds it was supposed to get.

In our Database that specific account only shows teams since PT20.
