Unable to purchase?

When I go to purchase points or PT+, I get an error saying: "Currently the shop is not available. This is either because of a) the shop system is currently down or b) the version of your OOTP copy does not support the Perfect Point shop." What am I doing wrong?

Please be sure you have updated to the release build (https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=345100), and the shop should be available.
