Did OOTP 24 fix 2-way FA contract asks?

Sorry for double posting, but I realized this probably belongs here:

I'm guessing I wasn't the only one who in OOTP 23 has run into 80 OVR/5-star two-way players asking for like $1M in salary demands every year in FA, and AI would almost always non-tender their two-way guys despite such low asks. Have these issues been fixed in 24?
