Game Freezes Switching Screen Settings

As the title says it happens every time I try it. Go into settings switch from full screen (which is what I usually have it at) to windows mode to easily get to desktop without quitting the game.
Anyway after it freezes I have to end task and restart the game.It also freezes if I change setting from windowed mode to full screen.

Can you let us know what OS you're on, and what resolution you're playing in?

Probably the best and the most helpful thing would be if could could turn on debug mode, then try these steps again, and send us the trace file that results (without restarting the game first).

Thanks for the response Lukas. I think the problem was that my initial download of the game was “wonky” in that I noticed ootp files were in my downloads folder. I did a complete uninstall and downloaded build 38 and it works now.
