Hi, want to try a game without TCR variations. If i set It to 0 It turn It OFF or...? Ask because in game options tell me that the range Is between 1 and 200.

Set it to 1.

Just below TCR, you can check Disable Player Development. That has the effect of setting TCR to zero. At least, that's how I understand it.
