Removing the salary cap

Players will ask for larger contracts but it appears I cannot offer anything above 20 million per year. AI teams have no such restrictions.

I believe that's tied to the salary cap amount, which is a separate value from the yes/no "cap is active" setting. If you increase the cap amount, but leave "Use Salary Cap" off, that should give you a higher maximum salary.

I have done so, but I still cannot offer over 20 million. This only affects user teams and not AI. I'll link my save file below.

Ah, I think that may be a limit on that box on the negotiation screen, not an actual limit on the amount (which is why it doesn't affect the AI.) I'll see if we can change that.
