Starter/Reliever Tag tied to Scouting Accuracy

I noticed upon importing my league that many guys who had been tagged with the role of "Starter" in OOTP23 were moved to "Borderline Starter" and started investigating why. After struggling to find a pattern, I went into Commissioner Mode with 100% accuracy to find the issue. But my issue resolved itself by moving to 100% accuracy, and even the Editor reflected the changes.

It appears, as such, that currently somehow the tag is tied to Scouting Accuracy.

Attached below are two screenshots of one player I experienced this phenomenon with. On the left is the player's editor with 100% Scouting Accuracy. On the right is the player's editor with Normal Scouting Accuracy. No other changes were made, however you can see the player's suggested role in MLB has changed.
