Scouting Question

What is the difference in scouting with the different variants? For example if scouting is set to normal and both my scouting and the public scouting have Player A as a 70 potential buuut when I have it to 100% accurate Player A is a 50 potential what exactly does that mean? Is Player A bound to be only a 50 overall? Does player A have 0 chance of becoming a 70 overall?

The 100% accurate potential is their current true potential (relative to your league). That setting is basically allowing you to see what they have in the database instead of through your Scout/fog of war.

However,

1.) That "true potential" can still change (based on your talent change randomness setting)

2.) There is no guarantee that a player will completely develop to their true potential
