New Perfect Team players for international leagues?

So I think I saw that OOTP24 also obtained the licenses for the KBO. Does that mean we might see some KBO players show up in perfect team, cause that'll be awesome, after all there only so many players in the history of baseball and trying to do new cards for league history every year must be tough. If we are getting KBO players in perfect team that'll be awesome, imagine being able to obtain *** license, I feel like Sadaharu Oh would be a nice fit for PT

That would be a fun addition rather than the same old retread cards in PT.

KBO might. No other leagues will happen because of the Japan issues, I suspect.
