DEL - wrong head coaches
some DEL Teams (german top league) have wrong head coaches:

Iserlohn Roosters
Frankfurt Löwen
Nürnberg Ice Tigers
Schwenninger WildWings
Mannheimer Adler
Augsburger Panther
Düsseldorfer EG
Bietigheim Steelers

can you please update them in the next release - thank you.
