More Front Office Detail

One thing I’d love to see added to the games is a better front office. Since they’ve expanded the coaches they should do that for front office staff next. Add in Assistant GMs for all teams, have the option for teams to hire President of Baseball Operations roles and maybe add an international scouting director.

We can't even tell what the current coaches do and what effect they have on our team, nor what effect their interactions with each other have on the team.

This but for scouts. I'd love to be able to get more detailed with scouting - area talent evaluators, ratings based on how well prospects turn out, etc. That would add a level of detail to talent acquisition that could be really fun to play with.
