USHL stats

The stats leaders in the USHL aren’t working. FO% doesn’t cut out minimal attempts. Advanced stats has no GRs nor points per 60 minutes.

I can't say with 100% certainty, but I believe that's likely because the league is unplayable and won't generate those stats (although Jeff will correct me if I'm mistaken).

There's no GP requirement for FO% because they're nonplayable leagues and the teams aren't actually playing games - that cutoff is dependent on the actual number of teams games played, but it's always going to be 0. But the goalie stuff (GAA) seems to be working, so there must be a way around that, I'll see what we did there and if it can be applied elsewhere.

Not sure what's going on with GR and P/60, we've got the stats needed for those stored, I'll check if there's a reason for not doing them for nonplayable leagues.
