New Game New Crash

This is getting a bit frustrating started a new save and just finished my 5th season now it's crashing going from June 30 to July 1rst.

Not sure if it's an issue with the new patch or something else either way any help would be appreciated I will pm you the file

Unclick "hist team deactivation" in manager options. That's removing all the new teams you created, which leads to one division only having a single team, which causes the schedule generator to crash the game.
