Arbitration problems in 2023 offseason

I just got finished with the 2023 season, began on the first day after the completion of the 2022 season.
Have run into a major problem, when it comes to Arbitration Hearings.
The first day of the off-season, any of the players who are up for arbitration who were offered a contract disappear from the list and return to the roster with a salary of $0.
Those who were not offered contracts become free agents.
All of the players seem to still be on my roster if you go by the lineup and pitching staff lists.
But they are not part of the salaried players, if you go to the salaries tab.
I checked around the league, and every player who was offered a contract in arbitration was granted a contract of $0.
I would guess it has something to do with the league calendar as the game did not generate one for the 2024 season by itself.
I had to set all the dates: for start of free agency, winter meetings, arbitration hearings, etc.
Anyone else run into a similar problem and did you find a solution?
