Disappearing 3rd place placement games and Spengler cup flaw

When playing the Finnish league there is a 3rd place placement game series. It's played best of 7. In reality it is only 1 game for the bronze medals. Why have you made it a series of best of 7 ? Well this fixes it self, because the 2nd year onwards there is NO placement game.

Would it be possible to fix this ?

Also Spengler Cup has a major flaw. It is the oldest hockey tournament in Europe, dating from 1923. It is hosted by HC Davos of the NLA, but in FHM09 the teams change every year, why is that ?

Not sure why it's set to a 7-game series or why it's stopping, we'll have a look at that.

Spengler is supposed to always include Davos, but it looks like it's just choosing a random Swiss team; we'll fix that.

Another bug: If you play the Finnish 3rd tier league Suomi-Sarja, there are no finals played in the playoffs. When the best of 4 series end, the game chooses the champion to be the team that had better placement in the regular season.

Also the promotion to Mestis is flawed, you need to win the series to be able to be promoted. If you place 2nd with a Suomisarja team you don't get promoted, even if you beat the higher tier teams. Either way the promotion play is not played like that in real life, so maybe you should take a look into that too.

I think it's still using the 2019-20 promotion system, I'll see if we can get that updated.

Found the Spengler/Bronze problems, they'll be fixed in the next update.
