team banner (?) picture

new computer, moving all my old OOTP mods (sorting through 20+ years of stuff is quite nostalgic)

copied all my old stuff

downloaded a bunch of new stuff

broke every IT rule I have religiously adhered too for past 40 years especially the most important one - "if you are doing something you haven't done before check and make sure it worked as expected so you can go back if it isnt what you want before doing the next thing"

instead I went with "eff it, just do it all at once and hope for the best"

for the most part everything is fine - but I dont like this top team banner (a little too busy for my tastes and most of my leagues are historical, so modern TV graphic kills the immersion)

poked around but cant find the file or a setting to change it. With OOTP I do know where 99% of stuff goes - but this one I don't know

anyone know how to change this or where the default file or setting is so I can set it back to the way it was?

that to me looks like you've either customized your skin or you are using custom (team) backgrounds. check in your \data\backgrounds folder if you have some team specific files in there.

that did it - I looked in the background folder because is made the most sense. but because the file(s) is a full screen file and I only noticed the top I dismissed it as not the issue
