Signing day commit info

For NSD the 'Commit' column is supposed to contain the team name for which that specific recruit has verbally committed as far as I know.

There are players who have a '-' in that column despite having a verbal commitment to a certain school. It is affecting all schools as far as i can tell, here is an example:

Yeah, I can't see any reason it wouldn't show up there, it's from the previous year and his rights are still there. We'll have a look.

I believe it isn't picking up the players that started the game verbally committed and therefore didn't take part in a verbal commitment draft.

Nope, Shaver's not a real guy, that's something that had to have happened in-game.

Also, I should say that there is another issue, whereby players who HAVE committed to me are not showing up on my committed tab or showing my rights on the main screen, as shown in these screenshots:
