3D Ballpark Kit Fence Configuration Question

I'm trying to edit a ballpark in the 3D Ballpark Kit and I'm not seeing the option to Add (or Delete) a Fence Post. In the Manual it says it should be there, but it's not for me.

Anyone else having this issue? Screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/Yo8wpvk. Am I looking in the wrong place?
