Icon meaning?

On the standings page when you hover over a team name, an information bubble appears. In 23 i notice some teams have tiny icons on the top right that i can't figure out the meaning of. Some teams have a red number, other teams have what look like little alien faces next to the flag icons.

Any ideas?

I didn't notice that before, but these icons seem to be for championships won.
Once that exceeds a certain number (probably 5 or 6) a number is shown.

However, I have no idea why there are two sets of icons

You nailed it. Now that i realize, all the icons are the same. They are just so tiny when squished together it was hard to make out.
