No Transfer budget in Europe

Hallo,

I have in my GM and Coach career no transfer Budget, so cant Trade Player from other Teams
How can i fix it

I Play with Kölner Haie in the del. But i try random Teams in Europe and there is That Problem too. I think in is on each Team in my FHM 8

I get a $950000 transfer budget if I start a new game with Köln, and even if you choose the cheapest option during the annual finances, you should have at least a small budget. Could you upload the save (instructions here) where you've got no budget at all? We can take a look and try to see what's going wrong there.
