CD, I don't think I told you that Arthyr Freeman made the 2076 Tycobbian All-Star team.... maybe you noticed it when I recapped the All-Star Game.

He was batting .303 at the All-Star break with 6 homers and 40 RBIs.

At age 31 and in his 6th IPA season, all with Hillsboroe, Freeman had a fine year last year, batting .291 with 14 homers, 84 RBIs, 85 runs and 26 SBs.

Gordon Freeman has had it tougher in the IPA.
He is with his 5th team, but doing OK with the Bayview Vikings... he is starting in left field and pitching, too.... doing fine at the plate, but not doing well pitching with a 5.40 ERA.

Bayview is in second place with a 47-35 record, just 2 games behind TU West leader, the Chicopee Braves (49-33).

At midyear he is batting .291 in 38 games this year... he is the current left fielder for the Vikings... Gordon is a very fine outfielder... he has a 1.000 FA this season.

The Sailor Moon-inspired items may be somewhat complicated to do, in full, so I'll have to use one single thread to make sure I don't flood the forums in too short a time period with too many graphics-related threads. I'll definitely need items for several related teams inspired by such a media franchise and at least one related league with their then-appropriate subleagues here, too, in fact. Relevant details about that league or those leagues will definitely be posted as possible and as needed, when they're then needed here, of course.

I definitely will post certain pictures sufficiently related to the media franchise then in question, for people's visual reference, so that they'd hopefully know better just what kind of looks I might want for such items here, and can design the relevant items accordingly. I won't do so for all the planets in the solar system at the same time, of course. But I'll instead just post for one or two planets/worlds in it at a time, and go from there as needed and as possible, until the appropriate items are all done as needed and as possible here.

I estimate it might take at least a few weeks for them to complete all the needed/desired items, but that'd just be fine with me here. Especially because it's probably going to take me at least a couple of weeks to finish my main story's first draft well enough here, I think. Before I can play more OOTP, at least, I definitely need to finish this first draft as soon as I can and as best as I can, for sure. Maybe, though, all those items and my story's first draft can actually both be done well enough somehow, by my birthday, in any case. At least, that's my hope here, anyway.

Once all the Sailor Moon-inspired team and league-related graphics are done as needed and all, I'll then post the relevant details and images for the Love Hina-inspired team and/or league here, in a separate overall graphics request thread, as well, of course, folks. But first things first, obviously, for sure. The latter media franchise shouldn't be as complicated to do related items for here, seeing as there's a much smaller main character roster for it than for Sailor Moon's media franchise, by far. I believe I have the Kyoto Emperors present in at least one of my dynasties, but I've not really had much time to check of late, because I've mainly been trying to finish this main story of mine. While I have 23, I haven't yet been able to find the time and all to install it, and I probably won't be installing it for some time yet, even after I finish this first draft for my main story well enough.

I do have at least one current, but not yet posted-for, dynasty in 22, several in 21, and several in each of three other versions for OOTP, however. I'll still have to check those versions of OOTP to see if any of my dynasties actually have Kyoto and certain other teams already in them at present, for sure. If they do, then that will make things much easier for me once I resume playing OOTP often enough in the near future, I'm sure. If they don't, I'll definitely add them to certain dynasties as possible and as desired and all, in any case. CD out.

Very nice work on the Eugene one or ones, 20_range. Churchmen or Pastors might be two other options for team names to go along with it or them, I think, if one doesn't actually want to call their applicable team(s) the Eugene Churches, for instance. Especially if the Oregon portion of text on it or them is omitted, so it can then be used for certain teams in other states or provinces or counties that might be from towns or cities named Eugene, as well. You can try to tackle an AHL team called the Springfield Thunderbirds. It would be a good expansion option for my dynasty someday. I'm going to their game this Saturday vs. the Belleville Senators and I like their logo.

Not my birthday yet. My fiftieth birthday is on the 11th of February, jg2977, as I've been saying frequently of late, if not in other years as well. I'll see what I can do for this team, however, for you by the 9th, in any case, even though I still have that main writing project's first draft to finish as soon and as best as possible, of course.

Do you have any possible suggestions as to historical people I could perhaps include versions of in my story, by any chance? Whether they're younger or not? I'm seriously thinking of putting several historical people at various ages into the story, and possibly multiple versions of them at the same time, actually, who'd be from multiple timelines, worlds, and/or dimensions, but I"m not quite sure just who to put in it, or potential sequels to the story I'm currently working on here.

Of course, they don't necessarily have to be versions of those people that were quite like they were in our real world, but they could certainly be other kinds of people entirely. For instance, Hammurabi perhaps portrayed as a secret agent-type person in much more modern times and/or as a steampunk hero of some sort in eras that might be quite similar to the Victorian Era, I think. Not necessarily suggesting that there actually would be reincarnation occurring for various people in the story, of course, but I'm just wondering what certain historical people might be like in time periods and in countries/cultures they're not native to, you see, for potential story-related purposes.

If you might perhaps have any sufficiently good and usable suggestions of that nature, I'd definitely not mind seeing them here, EC and/or jg2977, at least. No matter how weird or unusual or oddball they might seem here, that is. If I can't actually use them as then suggested in this particular story of mine, perhaps I can try to use them in other suitably-related stories as well, that might follow after it, I think. 20_range, if you could make a version or two of the items you just did for EC using the Churchmen or Pastors nickname(s), I could probably do at least some uniforms and/or caps for related teams. Especially if I knew the used font, I could use a suitable enough 100% free font to use on such items, and if the state name was not necessarily present at the bottom of the text-bearing logos, or could be changed as needed and/or desired, if appropriate enough, I think. Of course, any such team-related graphics I'd make would have to wait at least until I'm able to finish what I'm currently working on a great deal well enough here, most likely.

Again, very nice work on those items you did for Eugene, and thanks again for the two things seen in post #3583 of this thread. Both have certainly been saved for sure. Would love it if people could make me some new 3D parks soon, but I don't necessarily want to push things too far here like I nearly did some time back, in truth. Maybe others might just be willing to try to help me out in that particular regard here, if I give them enough time and all to work on them, and if they so choose to make more parks for everyone's potential use here, though. CD, forget about having people make you 3D stadiums... that is just too much work... the designers do it for the OOTP Community and for themselves... individual and personal requests are very, very rarely, if ever, done... you will just have to be happy with what the stadium modders create.

You're probably right, EC. But as you've no doubt seen before on these boards, sometimes certain things get done by various people that you never expected would actually ever get done. And done quite well, at that, for that matter. Like when certain items for certain Slaabovia-based teams were done for me here, for instance, remember? I'm sure that's true for at least some of your periodic requests as well on these forums, if I'm not too mistaken, EC.

Listen, I'm not expecting anyone to do at least one custom-made park for me here, in truth. But if God inspires them to do so, and they want to, I won't be ungrateful for their help here, if and when they do at least one such park for me here, most definitely.

In the meantime, I'm just going to try to live one day at a time, and complete one project at a time, as best as I can, and as quickly as I can, in any case. Lord willing and all, of course. At least while I'm still here on this planet God put me on, in hopes that I can do whatever He wishes me to do as best as I can and all, for sure, you know. I may live at least five more years on it, if not more, or not, obviously. But I still happen to believe that there's a very good chance I won't actually see my 65th birthday come in 2038 before all that must happen in this world prior to our Lord's return does happen, no matter what it is, for whatever possible reason or reasons that might be the case for me here.

If I leave this world by then, for any reason whatsoever, I fully expect to see my brother not too long after I do, for sure. It has already been about nine and a half years since he went Home to be with our Lord, and I can't wait to be reunited with him forever, Lord willing and all, someday. Of course, I hope all my other relatives and all my friends and other loved ones get to spend eternity with our Lord, but that's not something I can control here at all, you know. CD out.
